My Head Hurts

So here's the story. Last week I started getting intense pain behind my right ear. Glasses (any glasses. My prescripstions, my safety glasses, my sunglasses) seemed to aggrivate the crap out of it and make it worse, and once I took them off, the pain doubled on top of that. I was in pain. I went to Urgent care on Sunday, but the doc couldn't tell me what was wrong, so he gave me happy pills instead. While this did cover up the pain, it also made me useless at work. The next day I went and saw a regual doctor. Nothing. A CTscan. Nothing. Finally, an Ear, Nose, and throat doctor. He believes it's an A-typical migraine (???) caused by stress or something. He thinks the pain is coming from tension in a muscle that runs up the back of the neck and connects to the skull right behind my right ear. And his solution? Motrin. Lots and lots (well, a reasonable amount) of Motrin, for at least a week. And if that doesn't fix it, I get to go see a Nuerologist. Fun Times.

I got dragged to go see Snakes on A Plane last night. Wow was that ever retarted. I never wanted to see it in the first place, but I had to get out of the apartment, and some friends wanted to see it. I was laughing through most of it, but the rest of the time I was just rolling my eyes at the absurdity of it all. So, if you're in the mood for a retarted grotesque movie involving snakes, go see it. Just remember that this movie is not meant to be serious in anyway, and you have to remember that when you watch it. The writers knew it was dumb, and they took that idea to the extreme. Extreme with gore, too.
